A series of 3D product-feature films created for Maruti Suzuki Ignis during lockdown, replacing the need for a conventional automotive shoot.
The objective was to communicate the Ignis's features and USPs without depending entirely on a conventional physical shoot. Hyve developed a 3D-led production approach that allowed the vehicle and its features to be presented digitally.
A digital automotive asset gives the production team control over:
This makes it possible to focus specifically on the feature being communicated rather than building an entire physical production around it.
Remote GPU rendering was used to support the production workflow during lockdown. This demonstrated another advantage of digital production: the ability to continue creating product content when conventional production logistics are constrained.
The project produced a series of social-first product videos focused on Ignis features. It demonstrates how automotive brands can use 3D product visualisation to create targeted product communication without repeating large physical shoots.
